This webinar is designed to share practical ways to use AI as a tool to make your job search more targeted and efficient, and less of an effort. The session is divided into a 60-minute keynote and discovery portion paired with practical examples and templates, followed by 15 minutes for questions and discussion.

We’ll explore three themes together:
1. Recognizing your strengths and motivations with AI: How AI can help you reflect on your skills, clarify your motivational factors and strengths, and explore possible career directions. We’ll also look at simple prompts for building your own AI career guide.

2. Understanding recruitment and optimizing applications: What the hiring process looks like from the employer’s side, how applications are evaluated, and how AI can support you in making your applications clearer and optimized both for the role and to highlight your strengths.

3. Building networks and visibility with AI: Ways to use AI and LinkedIn to expand your network and share your expertise, especially useful when open roles are limited, you’re pivoting your career, or you’re just starting out in your field.

Each theme includes example prompts that participants can try out during and after the webinar.
